John Fiorentino is originally from Massachusetts and has lived on Kodiak island for over 30 years making his living as a commercial fisherman, journeyman carpenter, and currently as your host. Specializing in the preparation of locally caught seafood, and Italian cuisine, John has recipes to please even the most selective of individuals.
